Gothic Lolita Collar Tutorial

You'll Need:

A printer and some paper - to print out the pattern (The last four pages). You'll want to print out in paper size A4 with no scaling.
Tape
Scissors - both for fabric and for paper
Tailors chalk
Ruler or seam allowance ruler
Fabric of your choice (non-stretchy) - with a standard width of 140 cm, you'll need 50 cm
Interfacing - with a standard width of 90 cm, you'll need 45 cm
Lace ribbon or bias binding for the hem. (I've used Lace for this one)
Buttons - 5 pieces of 1-1,5 cm in diameter
Iron and ironing board
Sewing machine
Thread and pins!

Gothic Lolita Collar Tutorial - Easy To Follow

I really like the collar on a shirt, but I usually prefer wearing stretchy fabrics, so I've come up with a compromise. The 'shirtless collar' - which I call Gothic Lolita Collar, mostly because it's black and got lace. One could always remove the lace and use whatever fabric desired. I prefer the blacks, though. :P

It goes very well with the 'Bleeding Heart Neck Tie' which you can find in our tutorials-section. (or any other tie, I suppose. :)

The pattern is made in 3 sizes:

30-33 cm neck circumference = small.
33-36 cm neck circumference = medium.
36-39 cm neck circumference = large.
