Unfortunately, we do not have an extended FAQ since we have not received any feedback from you users. But, if you are experiencing trouble with this site, please do not hesitate to write us an e-mail, so we can try to work out the problems.
Our e-mail address is Info@BeMyGoth.com . This is the e-mail that you have to write to if you want to come in contact with us. That said, we do have a guestbook, in which less "official"/urgent businesses can be said. We encourage you to write in our guestbooks, if the message isn't too "private".
If you are sure that the tutorial is gone and that you are meant to be able to see it/download it, then you should write us an e-mail so we can fix the problem. Bear in mind, that some tutorials are not free, so you will not be able to see them, unless you have bought them.
We're constantly expanding our tutorial database, but we cannot constantly think of new tutorial ideas, so if you have a great idea that you want to see as a tutorial, you can write us, and we'll do our best to create the tutorial. However, we cannot do every single tutorial wish we get as we do have lives to live :)
